Earlobe Repair

Who is a Candidate for Earlobe Repair:
With a minor accident or sometimes with years of wear, earrings can pull through the earlobe making it impossible to wear pierced earrings. It is possible to repair your earlobes under local anesthetic.

Planned results: Once the earlobe has been repaired you will be able to re-pierce your ears in 3 months.

Procedure Description: Local freezing will be placed into your earlobes and your skin sterilized. The earlobes will be repaired with dissolving sutures and small steristrip dressings will be placed.

Recuperation and Healing: You will be able to return to your daily activities immediately. Avoid any activity that could increase your blood pressure for 24 hours. Any minor discomfort can be treated with acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
